Dr George Zavros graduated the Semmelweis University of Medicine, Budapest Hungary in 1996 with summa cum laude.

He then moved to the United States where he pursued and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Englewood Hospital, New York/New Jersey.

Subsequently, he joined the University of Florida Medical School where he completed his fellowship in Endocrinology Diabetes and Metabolism with a special field of interest in thyroid diseases, thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer.

He is currently practicing medicine in Limassol Cyprus.
