Dr. Tavelides Georgios has been a graduate of “Ovidius University” Medical School of Constanta (2001). He worked for a year as a military doctor in a Nato Hospital in Constanta. Then, in 2006 he received the specialty of Dermatology-Venereology at «Elias Hospital” of Bucharest and at the “Andreas Syngros Hospital of Venereal and Dernatological diseases” of Athens.

From 2001-2006 he was involved in the research of new melanoma markers at the University “Carol Davila” in collaboration with Universities and Medical Centers in Germany, Austria, Greece and Cyprus. From 2006-2008, he received postgraduate training in Digital Epiluminence Microscopy in Graz, in Vienna and in Berlin.

He also showed a special interest in scalp diseases, where he was trained in modern diagnostic methods (Trichoscan and Trichogram) and treatments.

In 2010 he founded the Dermastyle Clinic (facial and body treatments with specialized medical equipment and lasers) and then in 2012 he founded the Medical Hair Clinic.

Dr. Tavelides has been practicing private medicine at his Medical Center in Limassol since 2008 and he is the director of the Dermastyle Clinic and the Medical Hair Clinic.
